Payment and Cancellation Term

Payment Terms:

A deposit of 50% of the total stay price is required when making a reservation.

The deposit will be charged according to the selected payment method:

• If you choose payment by credit card guarantee, the amount will be automatically charged to your card.
• If you choose bank transfer, we will send you a deposit invoice payable within 3 days of issue.

Cancellation Terms:

• In case of cancellation 30 days or less before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by the operator.

Accommodation tax of CZK 26 per person per night is not included in the accommodation price.
